Hot cleaning furnace structure
- The outer layer is A3 carbon steel, 2mm thick cold-rolled plate and section steel, the middle layer is 150 mm thick high-quality ceramic fiber, the inner layer is stainless steel mesh and stainless steel fasteners, the bottom plate is made of high-temperature and fire-resistant materials, and there is a track on it.
- There is a gravity explosion-proof door on the upper part of the furnace body
- Two exhaust gas combustion chambers of the furnace body are made of cotton block insulation structure and reinforced with 2mm cold-rolled sheet and section steel outside the layer.
